Our coil plate and gasket were rotted and bolts had snapped and we decided that we would replace the boiler because ours was 16 years old. We spoke with the owner and sales manager the following morning and were told that they would be happy to replace the boiler if that is what we wanted to do but they felt our boiler could be repaired at a fraction of the cost and no where near the end of it's usable life. So we decided to go for the repair and they were right, it worked like a charm! So instead of a $9,000 boiler and indirect replacement, we spent $472 and my boiler was up and running the next day.
