We replace temporary and rusted Lally Columns with permanent, concrete-filled permanent columns, including new footings if necessary. We provide a LIFETIME GUARANTEE which is transferable to new owners at no charge. This Guarantee covers any damage or cleanup that results after we have completed our treatments. The inspection fee can be applied to the cost of the work, but is not refundable.

I have had Reuter Foundation repair come out twice to my house to fix some cracks in my block foundation and footing, and they were very respectful and reasonable with the entire process. I couldn’t have asked for a better local company to come out and do the work correctly as well as in a timely manner. I will definitely call them back for any other needs that may arise in the future as they made me feel confident and safe with the repairs they have made already.

I had a foundation crack that had been previously repaired. It started leaking after a heavy rainfall. Called Rueter and got an appointment pretty quickly. They sent a tech who took the time to do the job right. The crack was repaired over a year ago. I waited awhile to give a review because I wanted to see if the repair would hold up. So far, so good. It has shown no signs of leaking even after heavy rain. I recommend Rueter if you want the job done right.

I hired Rueter Foundation Repair to fix 3 small leaks in my house's foundation around where 2 pipes for my oil tank and 1 water line that were letting some water leak into my basement. Bob came out within a few days of me contacting him with a fast & professional quote turned around in 24 hrs. After evaluating their approach (polyurethane foam injection + concrete) and 4 other quotes with differing options, I went with Rueters. Price was slightly cheaper than another company quoted with similar products they wanted to use, and Rueters offered a lifetime warranty on the leaks that is transferrable to the next homeowner if you sell. Overall fantastic customer service. Kramer from the Rueter team came today to do the work and was in and out in a few hrs. He texted me to let me know when he was on the way, was careful to do his best to keep the dust and debris isolated and did a decent job cleaning up. I need to do a little vacuuming after he left but it's not a big deal. Kramer explained the process of what he planned to do and looking at the work he did, I'm happy with the result. There was a lot of loose concrete that he was able to clear out from around the pipes to help the expanding foam to do its job. Now I just need to wait for the next downpour to see if they stopped the leaks but if I do have a problem with the work, I have confidence that they will stand by their work and fix any issues that they have.

Bob was fantastic, he did some block sealing in the corner of our basement and replaced two wooden beam supports with metal columns to bring our house up to code. He showed up when he said he would and answered all our questions. The final invoice was even less than he quoted because he used less material than originally thought needed. Highly recommended!

They were attentive to scheduling as promptly as their scheduled allowed which was reasonable considering a non-emergency. Estimate was able to be provided remotely via sending pictures. Courteous and willing to review and explain work to be performed ahead of time and upon completion of the job that day.

Rueter did everything right to address a leak in our basement—a combination of old brick and newer block. Despite significant rain, the basement remains dry. Bob came out within a few days after we called to look at the area and provide an estimate. He also worked with our condo board. The crew who completed the work showed up on time, did what they could to keep the area clean, and updated us every step of the way. Within two days they were done.
