I was very disappointed with the service and level of professional commitment. Fillipo committed to a specific time to begin paint services and when that time came he did not arrive. After 30 minutes of waiting I had to call him and then got the run around. He acted as if I should have expected him to not show up because he is very busy and had other projects going on. As a business manager myself I pride myself on customer service and my experience was the furthest thing from it. I ended up using a different contractor.

They were competent, polite, and a pleasure to work with. They showed up on time and did a fine job of painting our garage doors, house doors, and our trim. They cleaned up without leaving a mess, and took all of their used materials with them. Filippos went around with me after the painting was done, and he used his little scraper knife to remove any extraneous paint. My only complaint was they left a side gate open in spite of instructions to the contrary, and one of our dogs got out. Still, I would not hesitate to hire him for another project. He did good work, and his price was the most reasonable.
