"Nixon provides great service in a timely manner. He and his crew were efficient, polite and respectful of the areas they worked in. They performed carpentry work that was excellent and quickly solved a roofing and sealing/painting issue for me. Nixon was responsive by phone and showed up when he said he was going to each time. His pricing was a bit on the high side and you get what you pay for. I will definitely be calling on Nixon and his crew again for future work."

"This is my first time to write on Home Advisor and I rarely write review. One simple advice: Use Lasting Strength! Adam is the best! Adam helped me build an interior wall and installed a window and a door on it. This wall will separate the play room into another bedroom. Adam and his assistant Danny showed up early and finished the work by the end of the day as promised. He really knows what he's doing! He's been working in his area for many years and his tool belt is probably older than me:) He used to work as the head of a big crew to build an entire house from scratch. I believe he has talent as carpentry. The project was top notch, flawless! Adam also has a full crew including plumber, HVAC, painter. I would definitely trust his guys on the other projects as well. Adam is a funny guy when I first met him but extremely serious about the work. He's working damn hard. My mom kept reminding him to have lunch first. But Adam keeps working without eating anything until he completed the work. Also, they cleaned my place after the work and left it like untouched:) Adam is smart to solve problem. There is a ceiling light that the new wall will have to pass through. It will be very expensive to hire an electrician to just simply move it. I met a guy who wants to charge me $500 for just moving the light when I was getting quote... But Adam found a smart way to leave the light untouched by building the wall just a little off the existing wall. It also turned out to look great! He completely understand my tight budget because we just moved in. And his quote is very reasonable and fair:) I've met about 20 companies before Adam for the same work (some from Home Advisor as well), some say this job would take 3-4 days to complete. They probably don't know what they are doing... And most of guys who came over are contractor and will subcontract the work to other people. So some quotes are way off... They dont do the work themselves. It's hard for me to trust them. But Adam is the real guy who does the real work. He's a funny guy. I like him. I made my decision by feeling, and so glad I made the right choice. So I highly recommend Adam and his team on any project they do. And personally I will recommend any my friends' project to him in the future:) I'm still waiting for him for another small project. See you guys soon!"

"Manny and his crew did our home's siding (removal and replacement), new gutters, overhang, front and side door trim and door, repaired our deck, built us wooden stairs and established a drainage pipe under our lawn to catch our gutter water and sump pump water, plus a few other odd jobs and we are happy with every single one of them! He gave our house a total facelift and listened to all of our concerns as well as gave advice for how to make things look better, without overcharging us. It was a fair price for work well done, the crew was courteous and hardworking, and they cleaned up after themselves. We would definitely recommend MJA to anyone considering inside or outside renovation or repairs; they're honest and give a fair price and will go through things step by step with you which nearly impossible to find and a real treasure once you do."

"I got a number of estimates from various contractors in Angi for my flat roof which had blisters and also needed insulation underneath. The estimates given by JJP was one of the most competitive. I asked them several questions when Jose visited and also via emails to Bryan. They provided me with satisfactory responses and details explanations of how they would do the project and what materials would be used. They did the job within one of signing the contract and finished everything in one day. They also took great care on various finer details on the edges and also on the top where my shingles roof meet with the flat roof. They also cleaned all the debris after finishing the work. Jose, Bryan and their employees are very professional and courteous. I have to say my roof looks beautiful. :) And I am looking forward to enjoy a relatively warmer house in the winter. :) I was given multi-year long labor and material warranties. In case if any issue arise in future, I am hoping JJP will honor those warranties."
