"Leo is a great person and came by our house on a sunday to look over the job.  He got the estimate to us rather quickly.  We had to take a vacation and didn't want the work done while we were away so we had to wait a little while to get started, but that was really our fault.  
The work crew was professional and respectful of our property.  They worked very long days to get the job done.  
There were two things that I did not think were done correctly after the crew felt they were done.  I took pictures and sent them to Leo and they came right back out to fix those items.  
I think the price was reasonable (and lower than other estimates I had received).  I also felt that Leo's ideas about how to repair parts of the house were creative and great long term solutions: for our pool house he cut out the rotted wood along the bottom and replaced the very bottom with PVC siding because the bottom of the structure would likely rot again in the future.  
Will definitely call Leo again in the future.

However, when it turned out it was going to be a much less than simple repair because under the siding was not wood but particleboard that price went up. I believe I got more than my money's worth though at that price. Peter explained the repair and executed it successfully. "3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier.
