Do not hire this contractor . They did a sloppy incomplete job on my roof . Instead of fixing the mistakes Peter chose to take me to court AND LOST . I in turn took him to court and he LOST AGAIN . What does all this tell you . As of right now has not made any court demanded payments to me . Is this really who want working on you home

The problem turned out to be a pipe that should have been installed from the roof to the attic was missing. So when it rained, the rain was coming through my bathroom ceiling from the attic. They diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly. Peter was very personable, polite and pleasant. They showed up on time as promissd. I would definitely recommend Peter's company and would hire them again in the future if needed.

A full sheet of aluminum siding had blown off the side of a 1960's track house. Based on a photo and a phone conversation, Peter gave me a more than fair quote on the repair. However, when it turned out it was going to be a much less than simple repair because under the siding was not wood but particleboard that price went up. I believe I got more than my money's worth though at that price. Peter explained the repair and executed it successfully. When the time comes that the whole house can be re-sided I will hire Peter for sure.

I had a leak from chimney that was dripping water inside my house. Peter and his partner came out and reviewed the problem and offered up a very good economic solution. Once the proposal was approved he was quick to come out and perform the work. It has rained a couple of times since the fix was done. No leaks. Peter. Can be trusted to do the job he said he was going to do. Thank you and Good job guys!!!

Do not hire this contrractor . Work was not completed . work quality was poor . Peter lied to me about numerous things . Tried to get me to meet him at my bank on my way home from work and pay him cash before seeing how bad they messed up my roof ( I did not fall for it ) When I refused to make final payment ( until problems were corrected ) he called the police and fabricated a story that I threatened him . When that did not work he put a lien on my house . Do you really want these headaches.

Very personable and professional. Within a few hours of his initial phone call, the roof was fixed - and I didn't need to replace it as some had recommended.
