Haven removed the damaged ceiling, cleaned up the mold/mildew with a specialized chemical, replaced the ceiling, and painted the ceiling and wall. The room looks wonderful now and there is no residual smell. He also put sheetrock on a section of my stairwell well where I had to remove the wall surface to bring a washing machine to the second floor. This section is temporary, so he screwed it into the wall. Haven did a great job with everything and cleaned up the site perfectly when he was done. I found him to be efficient and hardworking, with a pleasant, positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
