"Due to a leak in the baseboard heater in my 250-year-old house, there was a moldy/mildewed section of my ceiling and wall. Haven removed the damaged ceiling, cleaned up the mold/mildew with a specialized chemical, replaced the ceiling, and painted the ceiling and wall. The room looks wonderful now and there is no residual smell. He also put sheetrock on a section of my stairwell well where I had to remove the wall surface to bring a washing machine to the second floor. This section is temporary, so he screwed it into the wall. Haven did a great job with everything and cleaned up the site perfectly when he was done. I found him to be efficient and hardworking, with a pleasant, positive attitude and excellent communication skills. I plan to hire Haven again in the future for the many projects we have in this old house."

I got may quotes on the job with some outrageous bidding to be honest. Overstate gave me a fair price and told me exactly what needed to be done. Within a week the job was completed and my home is leakproof again."
