In the end, the mold testing he did showed I did not have elevated mold, prior to him I had a guy come in and told me he had a machine that tells if you have mold and he said I have 80% mold and I did not have to bother to do air samples. After getting the items and realizing that there was more work, it would have been better for me to let my insurance company handle this as I do have coverage for mold/fungi. Though having a professional do the work is expensive, from what Jeremiah mentioned, it does not guarantee that the work will be complete or the source of the problem taken care of.
