Voda Cleaning and Restoration does an outstanding job! Our cat urinated all over our brand new ivory loveseat. The stains were huge and dark (see photos below). I called Voda (just did a Google search for Middlebury area) and they were here within 48 hours. Vivek and Sabrina were on time, extremely thorough and worked hard to get the stains and awful smell out of our cushions and loveseat. I also liked that Vivek (the owner) took the time to explain their cleaning process and what I could reasonably expect. Well, the cushions and loveseat look and smell brand new again (see photos below of cushions drying in the sun). I am beyond pleased and very appreciative of Vivek and Sabrina’s efforts!

Vivek and his team, Sabrina, Griselda, and Raymond, were all fantastic and so friendly. Communication was clear and we knew exactly what to expect, pricing was very reasonable, and the whole project was efficient and smooth. Everything was nice and clean when they were finished, even the pathway through the house they took to get upstairs. Highly recommend and will use again in the future!

Update: I purchased a home a few months ago and upon doing the inspection mold was found in the attic and laundry room. I knew just the company to call for this task. If I could give 10 stars I would. The team did and outstanding job getting all of the insulation out and cleaned up the mold which the found in more places than what the inspection identified additionally they applied product to help reduce the regrowth. My husband and I were very pleased with the quick turn around as we hand a limited amount of time to move out of our apartment. In my apartment I discovered some mold in the bathroom that needed immediate attention. I reached out to Voda Cleaning and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. They were incredibly responsive, professional, and thorough from start to finish. The team arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and took all the necessary precautions to ensure the job was done safely and effectively. They not only removed all visible mold but also treated the area to prevent it from coming back. Now my bathroom looks and smells fresh, and I feel so much more comfortable in my new space. We had a leak from our attic hvac unit, through 3 floors. Vivek and his team arrived shortly after my emergency call, got to work on a remediation plan and then checked in daily to ensure all moisture was removed from the walls, subfloor and ceiling!
