"Alaert! I hired this company to test the air in my detached garage and paid $600 for the mold test. The results showed Cladosporium, which is one of the most common molds found both indoors and outdoors. What I didn?t expect was the remediation proposal that followed: over $45,000 in recommended work for a detached garage. In my personal opinion, the scope and price were extremely excessive for the type of mold identified. The quote included multiple rounds of fogging, containment, demolition, and even pages of alarming health claims ? including everything from depression to cancer ? that felt more like fear tactics than practical guidance. I?m not a mold expert, but after getting additional opinions, it was clear to me that the recommended work and the severity of the warnings did not match the situation. I chose not to move forward. If you?re considering this company, I highly recommend getting multiple quotes and doing your own research. My experience left me very uncomfortable"

"Tim was wonderful. I put in this project on a Saturday night after finding mold behind a piece of furniture in my finished basement. The next morning Tim already reached out looking to set up an appointment Monday morning. Over the phone he explained the possible process of this project and put me in the books first thing Monday morning. He arrived right on time, looked at the area, and again explained everything. After about 15 minutes of doing his inspection, Tim gave me two estimates, which were both fairly priced. I selected the estimate that worked best for me, and Tim got working right away. Throughout the project, he continued to update me with what he was doing and what he had left. From when Tim arrived to when he left, it took him roughly 3.5 hours for the whole project. He did an excellent job, and I would recommend him to anyone."

"When I called the mold company for my lab results. They gave me a person named Ricardo Echeverria, Senior Mold Analyst to call for the results. He verbally told me that the cause was something like a remodel, construction going on. There was a red flag for a VOC called Methylene Chloride--Banned outdated paint. I sent Ricardo and email asking if I can have a report of what he said in writing. I only received a contaminants list. I said, I am not a scientist and do not understand the lab results.I never received a response back from him. I called Jeremiah Bancroft a few times and asked for a written explanation of the causes. He could not supply me with a written explanation because it was a legal issue. I asked for his help. I need your help. Jeremiah said, go to your primary care for a doctors note. That was the last time I spoke to him on September 19, 2024"

"I had a poor experience. I hired this company to do a mold assessment in my apartment. I dealt with the owner. First, he requested cash or check payment only. He made an appointment and did not show up or contact me. I had to call him. In one of the rooms, the pipes above and whatever else the cause of the leak was, had been leaking repeatedly for 40 years, and the plaster constantly replaced. I was worried about mold ABOVE the ceiling on the beams and studs and not just the visible mold on the ceiling plaster and I worried it could be black mold. He did not seem to listen to what I told him and he did not use a water meter to check for saturation or a borescope or any other tools except taking a surface sample and air sample (the borescope and water meter I did not know about until after I had paid him for this inadequate job). He did not mention anything I said in the report. He was also rude and unkind and never provided me with a receipt. "

"Lesson learned. Always get an estimate. BEFORE the work is done. At least a digital copy. Arrangements for the project were made, with some one named Lynn, for the company to send someone to complete the work. We were quoted over the phone 4500-5000 which included a mold test. A sub contractor with an entirely different company (National Mold Company) was sent. When the contractor arrived, he stated that the job would be much more simpler than first thought. This led us to believe that the job would cost less, no. All said and done, they charged $5500. All said and done, it's almost like no work was done. The stains and the smell are still there. Only one actual board was taken upon the attic room. The ceiling in the bedroom was primed and painted but are still visible and have a funky smell. At this point I'm going to. Do what we should have done; Do the job ourselves. Just now with $5500 less dollars in our pockets. A detailed receipt was not given even though it was requested."
