+ -1 moreI became responsible for dealing with a property that had mold and prior rodent infestations. This was something that I knew needed to be handled by a vendor equipped with respirators and hazmat suits, etc. I contacted Pioneer and they promptly responded and provided an estimate (which I though was very reasonable). After we decided to move forward, Holly, Sean and their crew started and completed the job expeditiously. I am really amazed at the extent of what they accomplished in such a short period of time. While I hope to never need their services again, if I do, there is no question they will be the company getting the call.

+ -1 moreService was performed flawlessly. We allowed the tech to come in and spray the whole house to eradicate any trace of covid after an illness. He was very professional and informed us not to go in for an hour to give all the spray a chance to settle. We were lucky to get them to fit us into their schedule. I felt so relieved after the treatment. Would definitely use again!

+ -1 moreExcellently. I could not ask for more. I'm a landlord, and my previous tenant trashed the place, with the electricity having been shut off for months by the time I got in there. The place was musty, dirty, damp, and had four couches in a 1200 square foot house, including one in the basement. (I mean, really, who has four couches?) Dogs were left and a good samaritan let them out and took them to be adopted. But just imagine the problems with smell and such. Pioneer got there two days sooner than anticipated and cleaned it out in day. They were sensitive to my needs as a landlord who needed to get it rented ASAP. They got it done and fast. Again, I could not have asked for anything more.
