"I really liked CT Basement systems. The sales rep walked me through the process of the basement SaniDry I had installed. When the installer came it turned out that I didn’t need all of the duct work and I was able to save a few hundred bucks. The installer was very professional, neat and helpful . I definitely will hire this company again. Customer service even followed up with me a few days later and had to remind me to register the system (good thing because I had forgotten)."

"4 other plumbing contractors suggested I replace my sump pump becauae it was 30years old without even seeing it. Another said he would come to evaluate for349.00, but would then return to repair for an additional cost. A tenant had turned off the outtake valve causing fuse to pop.
