Swimming Pool Opening & Closing Service
I have used treats pools for 10 plus years. My father just passed away and did not know that the pool was not scheduled. After telling them the situation they would not help me. Thank you BAILEYS POOL SERVICE for closing my pool and helping me through this rough time.

Having a in ground pool opened for the first time in 8 years. A new liner will be installed toward the end of May. A new pump and filter system was installed at the end of April. Everything has gone as scheduled.

Customer service is terrible. The salesperson told us a number of inaccurate things, which we relied upon before buying, and which we only learned were inaccurate after we signed up for the pool. The excavator was rude throughout the process to me, my wife and my electrician. His crew left behind a mess, and no explanation how anything works. They left all the instruction manuals out in the rain for me to find later. They left the salt filtration system out in a box in my backyard, with a bunch of used packaging material. I got zero explanation how anything worked or how I should maintain the pool. When I called the office, only one person ever seemed to know what I was asking about. It did not initally pass town inspection, and they blamed my electrician -- the same hardworking guy I have used for years, who they were rude to when they installed it. When we had bought the pool, the salesperson told us they would teach us how to open and close it for the season. But they do not do that. When they closed the pool, they made someone wait at home all day (on a workday), they came when it was convenient to them, they did not explain anything. were not receptive to questions and left another mess. The only good thing I can say about Treats is, they installed a pool in my yard.

Customer Service needs some work at their office location but the people that came out to do the work were great. Need a little more of a personal touch with customers; specifically since they are looking at spending money into your business.

The crew was punctual and efficient. They scheduled to start my job late Thursday afternoon and they were on site ready to go at 3:00 pm sharp. My above ground pool has endured 9 winters in CT, so there were other parts that needed replacement and the guys took care of those also. They threw in some dirt to fill in the tunnels that formed under my old liner. Now my pool is like new. I was swimming by Saturday afternoon. As with most labor intensive jobs, the cost of the work is much more than the cost of the replacement parts. However, Treat's Pools pricing was well in-line with the going rate for this job in Southeastern CT.

My contracters were prompt, they were able to schedule the liner replacement earlier than anticipated. They were able to remove the old and replace the new in a very short period of time and were able to trouble shoot repairing the underlying surface although they had not been given prior warning that the undersurface was erroded.

Great Advice and good service. STEVE is the awesome Guru of Pools at Treats. Only one questionable opinion. When the techs came out to install the pump I needed, I believed they automatically checked everything on the Sand Filter. As it turns out, a tech had to return to examine and service the filter, which cost me another visit cost not to mention parts. Thank you. Briggs

Very prompt, courteous, helpful and professional. I was clueless about the pool when I bought the house. Technician spent time to completely go over the controls and how to use them with me. Highly recommend them.

Due to the weather, the pool will be installed in April. I have put a deposit down and am getting the permit shortly.
