John and team did a great job. started on time and ended on time. No issues. I asked 5 suppliers to bid, all 5 looked at the job but only 3 came back with a price. John's was the lowest bid and he gave me the earliest start date. 2nd job was a rush - just a chimney on the outside of my home which was peeling and needed to get done for a refi - once again, John came through - gave me a reasonable quote and job date.
