The railing was installed with upmost precision and the new roof supports were properly supported by new footings and support hardware. "Sal did a project for our mom's home which needed repair of broken down downstairs and upstairs wall and realignment restore of stairs. This included the repairing of part of structure, drywalling, taping, replacing some some suggested paneling, and finishing painting. The project came out beautiful like nothing ever happened. While he was here for my door replacement, I asked him if he could install a flag on my house, that would require a base built where it attached to the house. "My review of the work I have had done by Thomas Gianni & Sons Inc.. They really did a great job of working on my property. I call their office and asked to get some excavation of removing a couple of tree stumps in my yard and to put down approx. 20 yds. of gravel in an area near my shed. It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again."
