I was very happy with Rachel and her team. They came out after another installer fell through. She provided a quote that was close to what I had before and we went with her. the first day they came out the installer determined that there some issues with the flooring we provided and they were not comfortable installing it. Not many places would do this - they would install, get paid, and walk away. They cleaned up and even offered to load up my truck with the flooring so I can return it. I purchase new flooring and they came back out (always on time) and did the install. They came back the next day to do some touch up painting and put the final touches on the install. We are very happy with the service and customer support. We have already hired Rachel for our next job (installing 4 new indoor doors) and will be having her do a few more projects after the holidays.
