Fiderioâ s did 2 bathroom remodels for us. We would recommend them and we wouldnâ t hesitate to use them again. From John coming in to quote the job and help us select everything to Jefferson, Sergio, Phil & Bryan project manager on the job, everyone was great. We are very happy with our finished project. Everyone was professional, courteous, friendly and did good work. During a time after pandemic materials can be a problem but Fiderioâ s came through, any little challenges that came up were resolved. First Bathroom old tub insert changed to a walk-in shower with glass doors, new toilet, new floors, new sink & counter top and some drywall repair. Love the finished job. 2nd was our master bedroom bath, required remove very large jetted tub, gutting some of walls and floor, added in new plumbing to add toilet, new toilet install, install new tub plumbing & deep soaking alcove tub with tile surround, new sink with vanity top, new fan, beautiful tile floor, drywall work too. The change is amazing and very happy. We Want to give Jefferson a lot of credit - 5 stars, he was on the job everyday, he did so much work on his own and canâ t speak highly enough about him and his work ethic. He was always on time, always professional, friendly and did a great job. Thank you Fiderio.

Bathroom was totally demolished including a hall closet which space became part of the new bathroom. From the first meeting with Dave I was impressed with Fidiero & Sons. Dave listened to my ideas and was a great help in bringing my vision to reality. Sergio and Morgan were a pleasure to work with. They arrived daily on time, kept me informed of progress, ensured my questions were answered and cleaned up the work area every night. They were very efficient and true professionals. Morgan gutted our bathroom to the studs, including tub and floor. Then completed instillation of new floor, walls, shower base and shower, pedestal sink, towel bar, and rehung a cabinet. His craftsmanship is beautiful, efficient and his personality is friendly and polite. The job was well coordinated between plumbers, electricians, painters and Morgan. Resulting in a working bathroom quicker than projected. Margretann and Kyle were readily available to answer any and all questions.

Complete lack of quality control and project management. No continuity of service with entire project. They were responsive when I called but the people they sent were not prepared correct complaints. Sloppy work performed. Obvious workmanship errors were left uncorrected. They wore me out.

Their workmanship was good and, once completed, the bathroom looked the way we wanted it, but... communications and timing were problematic. Once the job started there was no followup with us by Fiderio's office - except to ask for progress payments. The job was estimated at 1-2 weeks but took 4 weeks - mainly because they didn't have all of the materials when the job started. Painters had to repaint nearly everything because they mistakenly used flat finish paint and we requested satin finish.
