Charlie was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. One of the major issues I was dealing with was that my porch had been incorrectly pitched, causing water to flow towards my house instead of away from it. Charlie not only identified the problem right away, but also explained the solution in a way I could easily understand. He completely reworked the slope of the porch to ensure proper drainage, helping to protect my home from potential water damage. In addition to the porch, he redid the stairs and installed a beautiful new walkway that ties everything together.
