Very well. Worked quickly and cleanly. We did not have to shut down our customer service desk during repairs.

Couldn't have asked for anything more! Very punctual and professional installation of new door locks to prevent my dad from being able to get out of the house and wander the neighborhood (or worse).  Helped us to be able to keep him home!

The friendly woman at customer service called for Steve. He came and was very professional and friendly. He took the faucet into the back room. When he came back he explained what he had done with a drawing. I understood what he did. He charged me for the parts used and not for the service.
The faucet is 45-50 years old and I could not do the repair myself. They did not let me feel stupid. They treated me like a friend. It is the place I go with odd requests and have rarely been disappointed.
I am very impressed!

The locksmith showed me his ID, which is required by law. He was very professional and reasonably priced. Unexpectedly was two hours late to appointment due to an absent employee. He did call to let me know and arrived within five minutes of when he said he would. I would definitely use them again. Thanks

My dad has dementia and is moving back home soon. A major concern is his ability to escape from the house and wander outside... therefore we needed locks to lock him inside the house and yet be safe if there was an emergency inside the home (like a fire etc..).
I was not sure what was available, but when I called The lockmith and told him (Brian) about my circumstances, he was immediately able to make appropriate suugestions, as well as be empathetic in that he has a family member with dementia also. He was able to set me up with an appontment the next day, but he would not be the one to do the service call, but his co-worker Dan would be.
Dan called in the morning to confirm, arrived a couple of minutes early, did the work to perfection, and wanted a follow up phone call if we had any questions or needed further assistance. The cost was very reasonable - especially since this means being able to bring my dad home.
GREAT JOB!!!!!

The locksmith arrived on time. He was curteous and professional. He changed out approximately 8 lock cores, 1 door know and installed a deadbolt. He asked how we wanted the locks keyed, as in, did we want all the locks to use the same key or did we want certain doors to use a different key. Before he left he made multiple copies of the keys for each lock, saving us a trip to the hardware store. The only area for improvement would be for the locksmith to have picked up the wood shavings left behind from installing the dead bolt. The cost was slightly lower than other locksmiths we have used. I woudl definielty use Johnson's Hardware again.

They're excellent. They're prompt, quick, and efficient. They suggested a couple of changes from what I wanted to do, and their suggestions actually saved me money. I was very pleased.

I use Johnsons Hardware all the time. They are wonderful. They told me to use a dehumidifier for five days. Whatever this wonderful stuff is that's non toxic and can get on your clothes because it's over a hundred and seventy year old house. They asked me to just spray it on and said that it will take care of the mold although I can't see it which is causing the odor. We use them all the time constantly. We never go to the big box stores but only go to Johnsons Hardware. Very succinctly it's the only one business that always has been and there's always someone on the floor that can answer your question. We've used their locksmith on occasions and any question you have they seem to have the answer. They will walk you right through the process and go through it with you. They will even stop me at the parking lot to give me one more tip to this procedure. Their quality is very good. I feel comfortable in recommending them to anyone.

My husband shops at the hardware store all the time for different parts. They didn't actually come out to the house to do the service. We couldn't open the safe so we brought it to them.

I liked the whole store. I go to local hardware stores instead of the big companies. They've always had exactly what I want. Their price is average. They are consistent with the products and they have brand names too. They are always polite and helpful. I haven't dealt with ordering anything from them or having them come to do work but the things that I have heard have been good. They are always knowledgeable. They know what I'm talking about and what I need.

I went in there with a plumbing problem and walked out with everything I needed to completely repair my system. They provided me with all the latest supplies and methods of repair. Everything went as they said it would.
