They are the best Hardware store I have ever used
The faucet is 45-50 years old and I could not do the repair myself. They did not let me feel stupid. They treated me like a friend. It is the place I go with odd requests and have rarely been disappointed.
I am very impressed!
I was not sure what was available, but when I called The lockmith and told him (Brian) about my circumstances, he was immediately able to make appropriate suugestions, as well as be empathetic in that he has a family member with dementia also. He was able to set me up with an appontment the next day, but he would not be the one to do the service call, but his co-worker Dan would be.
Dan called in the morning to confirm, arrived a couple of minutes early, did the work to perfection, and wanted a follow up phone call if we had any questions or needed further assistance. The cost was very reasonable - especially since this means being able to bring my dad home.
GREAT JOB!!!!!
