I am very happy with the work performed by CML. They performed repairs on my deck staircase, installed lighting, and handed some various other small tasks. They were very reasonably priced. I would recommend and use them again in the future.

The team at CML was quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and fair. They remodeled my finishined basement with new drywall, new drop ceilings, and patches throughout. In addition to that, they replaced all of the upstairs plumbing, subfloor, and tile in my upstairs bathroom. Then, they rebuilt my back deck staircase. The craftsmanship is excellent. I am very satisfied with the work that this team completed and would definitely reach out to them in the future for additional projects.

Contracted with CML Home Improvement (I would include his license number here) for updates in my kitchen. Written contract included: • Remove molding/trim around a closet in the kitchen • Paint kitchen and small half bathroom Work began on agreed upon date. While painting the kitchen CML said not to remove molding/trim – Stated there was no need and it will “POP”. Charged me extra to remove debris from kitchen. This should have been included as stated in the contract to “Remove” molding/trim. I asked for an estimate on additional work. CML wanted me to sign a contract to have him come back and fix minor leak in bath, disconnect/reconnect dishwasher, install garbage disposal and new faucet. As I thought his cost was too high I did not go with this offer. He was very upset that I was not going to pursue this with him. After they left, and I foolishly paid them (at this point he had me convinced he was an honest General Contractor), I realized that he did not take any monies off for not removing trim/molding – main reason I had contracted with him in the first place. He was also to come back to finish painting the kitchen (a window, side walls and some baseboard) and has not completed the contracted work. When I called him to come back and take the molding/trim down and complete the paint job, he refused and he also refused to refund any monies he had already collected. He was upset about me not going with him for the other work. I was initially so impressed that he was an honest broker I was sending him to my daughter’s house to do a quote for a major renovation. But, unfortunately, I did not find out just how dishonest he was until after I paid him in full for a job that was not completed as indicated in the contract.
