"I've got a 112 year old hose that is pretty solid, but it had a cracked floor joist and part of the flooring wasn't properly supported. I hired Kristian and his team to install a couple of lally columns to support a carrying beam and sister a couple of floor joists. Many contractors wouldn't even return my call because I wasn't looking to complete a huge remodel job, but Kristian came over, gave me a fair verbal estimate on the spot, and worked with me on timing to complete the project. Not only that, but the solution wasn't overly complicated. The job was straightforward, completed exactly as described in the time described, and there was no scope creep. "Let me just prefix this by saying weâ ve had a few bad experiences working with contractors in the past. We had our porch done recently by a separate contractor, and dealing with that company was a nightmare. Material left out, never showing up to the job on the day they said, shoddy work ectâ ¦.. however, THIS was the opposite of that experience. We needed a cement slab poured. First off They were able to work the job right away basically, they were there when they said they would be there, on time. They worked quickly, and cleaned up the job and materials once it was completed. The slab once it was finished came out better than I had expected. Also the main contractor running the job was very communicative. So all in all I would 100% call them back. By far one of the better contractors weâ ve worked with over the years"
