After six calls to Joyce - none of which she returned - I finally disputed the charges on my AmEx bill. Seven (7) weeks later, Fordham sent another installer to try to fix it. As soon as he walked in, he shook his head and told me the work wasn't done right, and that the guy who did the job the first time often had a problem with quality control. My countertops still aren't right, but they are better.
POOR QUALITY, APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. While Fordham says that Martha Stewart uses them and loves their work, I'm sure that she (Martha) gets whatever she needs from Joyce, the owner. If you're a regular person who spends $8,000 of hard-earned money on kitchen countertops, you'll get poor quality and zero customer service.
NOT RECOMMENDED.
