They consistently cut corners and over-charged us. We have had to hire another company to fix the issues they created (for instance, the pump controller shorted for the second time last week, and each replacement has cost > $1,500)."

"I can't say enough good things about Eric. We were selling our parent's house and the buyer backed out because the well output was borderline according to their inspection. I called Mosman and another company - the other company never showed. Eric came out and actually spent a few hours inspecting the well and pump and testing the output. He explained everything to me in detail, including how the other inspection could have gotten lower output numbers than he did. He gave me estimates on different possible solutions a new buyer may want. I felt very comfortable with what he did and the estimates. I would have hired him to do the work but the next buyer did not have issues when the well was inspected so no need to get work done (which is the same thing Eric concluded). He didn't charge me for all of this time and work. I am very grateful."
