"I'm sorry to hear no one got back to you. Were you looking into water or air mitigation. I only offer waterborne radon services and would still be happy to help. This must of slipped through the cracks. Sorry once again and good luck, we are here if you need us."
"[Member name removed] asked for a blind quote, I guestimated for a standard installation. The installation was more involved and required more plumbing fittings than I anticipated. In addition the unit he provided was missing some parts which I also had to bill for. Im happy that he was pleased with the quality of the work. I apologized for the miscalculation and offered to split the difference in the balance. He reluctantly agreed. This now will be the second review I have had to respond to from him, the first being on BBB website."
- They inspected our well, grey water line, water softner, tested for hardness, bacteria etc... and put together a comprehensive proposal that we can choose to move forward with a bit at a time.. and frankly told us we didn't need any of it really... but if we wanted softer water and be certain our drinking water is awesome we could do x, y.. zed.
Professional Water Systems was a great contrast to our previous service provider, The Water Source -- both cheaper and better quality. They are not well known in the Hudson Valley since they are based in Connecticut but you'll be happy you found them.
lady was dismissive when she informed me that they don't service my
brand, and was vague when I asked for a recommendation of someone who
could help me. I called another company afterwards and was delighted
when they recommended another person for the job, giving me his name
& number.
"I apologize that [removed member name] was not satisfied with the info my assistant gave her over the phone. There are certain brands that we hesitate to service because of the quality of the product or accessibility of replacement parts. To perform a service at a reasonable price and and guarantee the service on some units is a losing proposition for the customers and ourselves. I hope the other service company satisfied her expectations"
