I had a problem with the water pressure fluctuating. Come to find out, it was the holding tank. The professionals at Waterdrct came out (Dennis) promptly and found the tank was old and waterbound. They were like lightening (in a good way) and had the tank replaced in like 30 mins. These guys are GOOD !!! The water pressure was more than I thought the well could produce. Excellent job and very informative. They are true professionals !! I highly recommend them.

These guys are great. I bought a house with some serious water issues and it has so nice to have real professionals looking out for me. We've got hard, super acidic water in a house that went unattended for decades too long and I need a company that I can trust. These are the people!

Maybe they are going under but what they did here last night is absolutely disgusting all the way around ! We just bought our house 6 months ago & yesterday we came home to find that we had no water . We assumed it was our pump in the well , this place had good reviews so we called them … they said they would be out in about 2 hours and that they would charge 149 for a estimate of what wAs wrong , which could be applied ONLY if you immediately approve and do the job . Ok , a bit strange as they don’t want you price shopping but we went ahead , and hour later they are on the way , but we got the well pump working again.. so we tried to cancel . I called & the lady who answered was upset , then the tech called and talked my husband into coming out anyway .. we sort of felt bad as he said he had driven like 40 min already so we figured we should know what was wrong and if WE NEEDED to fix the pump ! They get here and surprise the tech says that our pump is original wihh the house ,1970’s and that we absolutely needed a new one , 2800.00 done in 2 hours … we said no , he said well I won’t fully close the cover as I know your going to call to have us fix it … husband says no … guys says he’s leaving it like that . Then they want the fee .. it’s all labor , estimate charge but they say it’s taxable ??? we look as we just moved to CT in January , so maybe it’s true here and guess what ? Nope , unless they did sold your a tangible item along with the service , there is no tax . So my husband tells the guy this ( young kids actually maybe not even 25 ) what does he do ?? He argues with my hubby ? Since when do techs argue with u over 9.00? So , now 149 dollars poorer , my husband shows me a sticker ( see pic ) about the tank in the house .. he says “ I asked the guy if this was for a well pump , I thought it might be , and he said no absolutely not , that’s for the tank “ we decided to call the inspection company this am that did the home inspection as the report had said that the well pump was good and had no issues … we knew that things can be good today and broken tomorrow but the sticker bothered us … the company was GREAT and told us that actually …. That is a new WELL PUMP installed in 2018 with a warranty that transfers with the house … 5 year warranty to be exact .. he said unfortunately lots of the bigger pluming companies can be unscrupulous sometimes , but he had never heard of anything like this .. as anyone who does well pumps , tanks and the like as a specialty buiness HAD to know that this sticker was for a new well pump , as the brand and serial number is for a company that only makes well pumps and does not make holding tanks … which of course we did not know as we are not expert plumbers … sorry for the long story but this company did one of two things and both are equally bad in their ways , one … they try to sell everyone a new well pump no matter what , lying in our case to do so … or two … the “ specialty tech. Is so bad at his job that he did not recognize the number one brand of well pumps sold in The USA , which of course makes one wonder about how good he would have been at doing work !!! From the minute he walked into our basement , before he dug up the well cover , he looked at the sticker and tank and said … You need a new well pump …. Maybe they hire mind readers instead of plumbers , LOL !!! So we are out 149 , my hubby had to hurt his back lifting the cover off again to close our well properly , and when I called to have them come back to properly close the cover , the nasty lady on the phone told me that they do not put the cover back on correctly if you need a pump as they have to open it up again anyway & my hubby told them to leave it like that( hahahah ) SAVE your money , don’t get taken by this place .. and I hope they read it … shame on you for trying to take advantage of people , there are better

Amazingly well! This has to be one of the BEST experiences I ever had with a contractor. I would not only hire them again, but I would recommend them to anyone. The work was great. The guys were great. The pricing was good. I would characterize them as a company with a heart that does great work!!

Very well. Tyler and his team did a fantastic job laying out and installing the tanks, plumbing, etc. It was very neatly laid out and installed in less than 3 hours. They showed up on time and were very courteous. Rick, the Water Doctor, came to our house several weeks before and carefully explained the entire system to us in considerable detail and answering all of our questions. Prior to the actual installation, we were in frequent email contact. Whether it was by email or phone, they promptly were in touch. They are a great company with which to work.

Answered the phone themselves which was a huge plus. Very kind and professional, and called back promptly. Technician seemed very knowledgeable and was nice enough to explain what he was doing at each step. However, I do feel like I was completely ripped off by this company. I have since gotten estimates from 2 other local companies for the same work and it was half the price. Because of this I cannot recommend them nor would I hire again, which bothers me because at the time I would have said absolutely to both. Also told me not to drink my water until the chlorine is gone but could not provide me with any kind of test to tell when this had occurred.

They came out to look at my 40 yr well system on a Saturday morning. They diagnose the problem and provided the most cost-effective and straightforward answer I have ever got about the system. Other companies and I won't mention their names tried to sell me new systems and a new constant flow well pump. They were polite and courteous and the only company that ever gave me a straightforward honest answer. 4 hours later they removed my 45 year old well water treatment system and replaced it. The water pressure in my house is now doubled and the water is perfectly clean. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Quick response, work was performed 2 hours after I contacted them and took less than an hour. Price was reasonable.

Spoke to Mark who dispatched a technician to check out water situation. Tyler was very thorough looking over current water softener and recommending an additional tank to remove rust and other impurities. Additional tank installed next day by Tyler, who then spent a lot of time testing to ensure water was clear. He returned another time or two to fine tune the process and to make sure I was pleased.

Great took 2 minutes and will have them back for more work in the near future

Most of the employees are very knowledgeable. they arrived promptly and pinpointed the problem. They were able to repair the problem and everything works well now. They also replaced our water heater a year ago and did a good job with that.

They are good. Generally speaking, I am happy with what they have done. They have done a good job. I have them do maintenance once a year and the most recent one was a month ago. The work is pretty good. Two people came out. It took them an hour.

I would use them in the future. The technician did it nicely.

It went great. I didn't really pick them exactly myself, it was more the agent. I paid for them, but our real estate agent actually set us up with them. I met them on the site briefly when they were doing the testing and then I got a report. They were on time and very professional.

They needed to call in a drill company to pound the blockage down to the bottom of the well. Once this was pounded down they were able to repair and replace the pump and tank. These guys work hard and did a great job - Tyler and Matt. The owner, Rick, was great to work with and kept us informed during the entire job. Thank you all for saving our well! I highly recommend this company!
