He had the necessary parts in stock, and fixed the dishwasher. His price was better than reasonable. His communication about when he would arrive was highly responsible. "I hired Jim to fix a refrigerator where there was ice build up on the doors of the fridge and around the freezer drawer. He came by inspected the machine and assured me that one part in the door needed to be replaced and that would fix the problem. I hired him to do the job which he did as promised. However that did not solve the problem at all. I have tried repeatedly to get in touch with him and left several voice mails and he has not contacted me back. Im sorry to say that this is terrible service and about $300 later I am nowhere near any resolution to my problem. Would not recommend him at all!"
