"A phone call was placed to this homeowner. At this time a call hasn't been received back. This job was completed in July of 2014 and there have been no issues. I'm not sure who inspected it (type of inspector?) but we do stand 100% behind our work. "Very poor job" doesn't give me any specific details so I can't comment any further. I hope this customer that we did several jobs for in 2014 and was very happy with no complaints at the time of service can help me understand what this "inspector" is talking about in detail."
