"The job was done quickly efficiently and neatly in a 1903 house where leveling and a stiff floor was essential. Working on older houses can prove challenging. A previous contractor's job was so poor the tile had to be torn out and thrown away. The new installation looks like new construction, It is solid and level. Mr. Rodriguez was consistently polite and cooperative. He did preparation and cleanup work that was not required in the contract.
