He set up a time between our schedules to build my spiral staircase and replace a window with a vent. He arrived on time and completed the job beyond my satisfacon. I was so pleased with the results and communication I received, that I hired them to come to my other home to install "Flooring for my sunroom, pantry and hallway. They also painted trim and upgraded my hardware on my kitchen cabinets. I felt very comfortable with Timber and left him a key so I could go to work. They realized the subflooring was messed up in a section and made sure to stop and communicate so the job can be doone correctly. I appreciated that factor and was able to approve a replacement of the messed up board the great thing was they were still able to finish the job in the time frame they originally stated! Cleaned up all materials inside and outside the house.  Put down protective cloth in the house to protect the floor and catch removal of old window debris...The guys did a very professional job, were very polite and courteous - and my wife and I would recommend them to anyone!  Sergie (the owner) met with us prior - gave us a very fair price, and his workers, Alex and another gentleman (sorry can't remember his name :-(   did a superb job and craftsmanship.

"The job was done quickly efficiently and neatly in a 1903 house where leveling and a stiff floor was essential. Working on older houses can prove challenging. A previous contractor's job was so poor the tile had to be torn out and thrown away. The new installation looks like new construction, It is solid and level. Mr. Rodriguez was consistently polite and cooperative. He did preparation and cleanup work that was not required in the contract. He also made suggestions and did work that involved significant amounts of time and labor without asking for increased compensation. We have already asked him if he would undertake other projects with us."

"The chimney work took two days (less than I thought) and he did a great job in our price range!  I was impressed that he gave us several options on what could be done.  He worked fast (I wish I had half his energy) and knew what he was doing.  He was respectful of my time and showed up within minutes of when he said he would, got to work and stayed with it to get as much done during the day as he could.  The chimney looks great and I'm very satisfied with his work.  I have hired him again to do some plumbing work for me and was totally satisfied with that job as well.  I would recommend him for any work around the house that you may have - he's definitely worth the call.
