"CAWIAMCA did an outstanding job installing 2 high efficiency ductless mini splits – 1 at each end of my house. The owners Ron and Jeremy worked with me patiently on the system sizing and selection process, rebates from my power company, income tax credits, etc. Everyone on the installation crew was polite, conscientious, and knowledgeable. They came back next day to complete the installation of the second system despite snow and freezing rain!!! This company is well equipped to do the job efficiently. CAWIAMCA's price was much lower than the other 2 contractors I got estimates from (who planned to use concrete blocks to support the outdoor condensers). CAWIAMCA used quality steel bases with tall legs to support the condensers and keep them higher up away from snow, leaves, mice, etc. Nice looking installation. I could not be happier with a company. :-) CAWIAMCA!!!"

"I cannot say enough positive things about this experience. I received quotes from at least 5 vendors for a new AC and mini split install. Everything from quote to instal went perfectly. Starting with the quote - Shane came in and from start to finish provided exceptional service. He answered all of my questions and was patient when I took my time making a decision. I want to emphasize that I waited 3-4 months and even after all that time he took time to get on a call, answered every email and even if I asked the same question over and over was still happy to give me the information I needed to make a decision. The install could not have been better. Brandon, Levi and Matt we on time every day, clean and all were happy to walk me through the process. They were respectful of my home, keeping it clean, making sure everything was done properly and you could see the pride they take in their work. Aside from their craft, they all also had exceptional customer service. I continued to ask questions which they were happy to answer. I made suggestions which they considered and help me understand the pro's and cons of each decision. Then instead of leaving on a Friday afternoon they wanted to make sure I completely understood the new system taking the time to show me everything and did research when I had additional question. Above else, it was clear they wanted things done right. I mentioned pride in their work - well they have it. I also worked with Shana on the paperwork who like everyone else was helpful and took the time to make me feel as though my business was appreciated. He listened to what I wanted, provided a fair quote for a central A/C replacement (air handler and condenser), and never pressured me or tried to upsell. In passing, he mentioned a heat pump option for the shoulder months to reduce oil use, but that was it. After doing my own research, I called him back with questions, and he took the time to walk through the pros and cons honestly. There was no sales pitch, I actually asked for a quote heat pump quote too, because I saw the benefits myself. I ultimately chose the heat pump and appreciate that Jeremy gave me the information needed to make an informed decision. His crew was fantastic, friendly, professional, and thorough. They removed the old system and completed prep work on day one, then finished the install on day two and walked me through everything. Great communication, great pricing, great workmanship.
