They did this by doing the repair in the basement under the leak and removed all wet wood and replaced it with new wood and new insulation. The next day, a DiGiorgi siding team came to replace all removed vinyl siding and install new insulation and new flashing around the picture window. Everything looks nice and neat and structurally sound."

"We needed this repair done quickly, and Noel delivered. He responded with a visit same day as the initial call, provided an estimate for the work later that evening, and was on the job at 8:00 am the following morning. I was very impressed with the level of care and attention to detail. Plastic was hung all round the job site and cleanup was thorough. Noel even obtained more of the correct paint when what we had on hand proved to be insufficient to cover the affected area. The job took the whole day, primarily because of having to wait for drywall compound to dry and then the paint primer to dry on a very humid day, but they had powerful fans to speed it up. The price was a bit more expensive than I'd have thought for a job of this size, but worth it for us given the speed and exceptionally high quality of the work overall.
