"Kurt did a great job and was very efficient. He was able to repair all rot, and at a fraction of the cost of several other estimates. He repaired several window frames and replaced some of the baseboards. I was worried about having to replace siding, but only one small piece had to be replaced. Kurt is a great contractor and is very reliable and honest. We are planning to hire him to do more work on the back of our house."

"Initial work was done on time and on budget. During the project, additional leaks were found and these were repaired at a reasonable rate with the same crew. Can't recommend Leo and his team highly enough."

"Timber did a great job on our house. We had the initial obstacle of the first contractor we hired being unable to complete the job. This is how we came across Timber. He picked up where the other company left off, repairing unsatisfactory work done by the first contractor. His workmanship showed when he had to come up with some creative solutions using the materials available to him. He was a great communicator and completed the job to our satisfaction, within the timeframe we agreed upon, and for a very fair price."

"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"Our small master bathroom was renovated by EUTR a few months ago. The planning and work went smoothly and the job was completed on time. The work area was kept clean at the end of each day. We saved a bit of money due to their ability to obtain comparable materials at a lower cost. We are very happy with the work done. Jay and Kim were great to work with. We would certainly consider hiring EUTR again for another home project."

"I have used Ryan Victor on multiple projects from full kitchen and bath remodeling, painting and a variety of plumbing and general repairs. They are always quick to respond and easy to work with and the price is fair"

"Paul Riccio is, hands down, the most trustworthy and professional contractor I’ve ever worked with. Paul remodeled my basement after a flood and water mitigation had to be done. My basement was completely destroyed. Paul not just restored it, he transformed it. I lived alone and had to work, giving Paul access to my home while I wasn’t present. He was respectful of my home, treating it as his own. When I got home, work was always done and the work space was clean. He showed up when he said he would and worked tirelessly until the job was done. Paul Riccio is a contractor who takes pride in his work and puts great value on his personal and professional reputation. I can do no less than give Mr. Riccio my complete and wholehearted endorsement. He’ll be my go-to guy should I ever need anything done in my home again. Hire Paul Riccio for any home project, large or small. You won’t be disappointed."
