"After I took off the old tile and replaced the cement board in my shower, I hired Fran to seal/waterproof the cement board and re-tile the shower. Fran and James (his assistant) were friendly, punctual, and worked both quickly and carefully. Fran did very well matching up the tile design in an asymmetrical space, and he talked me into using another (smaller) kind of tile on the ceiling, which was the right call. I thought his fee was reasonable, and I wouldnâ t hesitate to use Fran again on another tiling project. He knows his stuff!"

Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price! On the day of the actual install, the installer was right on time, and did the whole room in just a few hours, checking in with me along the way with any questions and Sebastian did a beautiful job!
