He arrived on time and opened the lock, educating me on the process while doing it. I asked about having a key made for the lock and he explained, due to the brand of lock, that I could take any key of that brand and re-key it myself. This impressed me, as he could have easily charged me more and made a key for the lock, but he was honest and saved me money."
