We offer residential mold inspections, air quality testing for molds and allergens, and radon measurements. We're BBB Accredited and for the past three years have been awarded the BBB Certificate of Customer Satisfaction and Excellence! Our mold inspections evaluate both external and internal conditions of your property and identify when there is mold. We utilize air quality sampling and surface sampling to identify the types and concentrations of mold spores using accredited 3rd party laboratories. Our inspections also identify conditions that could cause mold in the future and can save thousands on expensive remediations. In the event of a small mold contamination, we can remediate to return the area to a pre-mold healthy condition. For larger remediations, we can refer you to a number of excellent remediation companies that we work with. Our radon measurements use state of the art CRM's (Continuous Radon Monitor) that provide important data on radon levels within the environment. We also offer Electret ion Radon measurements for longer term measurements, or for those looking for a slightly less expensive solution. We're fully insured, certified and licensed and we educate our clients while we go about our business! We offer a full range of inspection services, including residential home, condo/townhouse, and commercial building inspections. Services include testing for Radon levels, Water quality and Well functions along with Pest and Mold detection. With over 25 years of Renovation experience, we pass along our extensive home knowledge to each customer, and offer guidance and solutions specific to each home when needed.

"The inspection was a farce. We received a list of very minor repairs that needed to be done along with a couple of recommendations for system replacement due to age in the future. The inspector did not go up on the roof. If he had, he would have seen how soft the roof was. My wife notice the porch roof leaking during our remodeling project as the insulation was wet. Our contractor walked the entire roof and said it was an emergency to replace it. Sure enough 1500 sq feet of plywood of a 2000 sq foot roof had to be replaced. It was soft, splintering and wet. The splintering and disintegration should have also been visible from the attic hatchway. I am out $12,500 because of his negligence or laziness, I am not sure which. Do NOT use this company under any circumstances."
