They came on time and did their job. There were some complications of heat treatment that they dealt with adequately. The treatment was completely successful.

Very well. Bed bugs have not returned. The service is expensive, but much more effective and way less prep than traditional pesticide treatments.

This is an update to a previous review I submitted at the time of treatment. I have turned to Sniff k9s when another company- Bliss Pest control- failed to diagnose the problem horribly, and was very slow in addressing the problem. This caused me a lot of distress and could have cost me a lot of money and time to no avail. Sniffk9s were very responsive and sensitive to the issue. They performed their job promptly and efficiently. They are hard-working and responsible. Clearly, they count on a solid education in their area of business that is continually updated. Although some inevitable complications of the treatment took place, they tried to address them with fairness and no delay.
Bedbug infestation is an issue that makes you vulnerable to dishonest companies, but Sniff k9 is definitely not one of them.

We would like to take this opportunity to express our complete satisfaction with the immediate and efficient care to our problem provided by Mike Canizales and his staff at Sniff K9s. Mr. Canizales explanation of the procedure was thorough and he was patient with our questions. Being that it was days before Christmas we were very thankful that he had his team out the next day to resolve our issue.The service was professional from start to finish. The technician did a wonderful job! We highly recommend this company to anyone who needs this server.The best thing about Sniff K9s Service Heat treatmentis it's done in one day and taking care of. This was great for us because we have a large three level condo with A basement. They also had the K 9 check the condo adjacent to us to make sure there were no issues. We were given peace of mind knowing there were no issues.

My summer home on Cape Cod has a ton of antiques and was built in the 1800s so I was very sensitive about heat. The Sniff K9s preparation was so easy, it only took me about an hour to get ready and everything sensitive was covered with special blankets so I had not one issue with damage. I'm so happy about the simplicity. The crew was immaculate with their work and Mike answered a dozen calls from me with patience and humor. Five years ago I had the problem in Seattle and it was a total nightmare with days of prep and laundry and four treatments. This time one and done and the dog just cleared us today! And even then I have a total of three months guarantee. all the other vendors only offered 1-2 months.

They used a new technique with heat. The technician was here for a long time. They were here for one day. They did not give me any paperwork. Then, when they came back and they brought a dog with.

"We offer a one day heat treatment to kill bed bugs. The other option is a multiple day treatment with chemicals. It seems (as our records show) that we were successful. It's true we do not leave paperwork. As a green company we email all service orders, contracts and receipts. Had the member requested anything on paper, we would have been happy to oblige. A "C" grade for one day success seems pretty unfair."

My expereince was not good. They promised there would be three people here and they only brought two. They said it was too hot in the house so they had to leave, however, they did not do the basement when they claimed they did. Their equipment is old style. I also had a lot of damage done to the bathroom cabinets as well as the blindes. I still have to fix the damage. The insurance company gave me a small amount to repair it.

"This member insisted that we did not heat her basement in spite of us providing electronic records to prove otherwise. All of our jobs are logged thru cell services so the technicians have no way of fudging them. They are audited for every job. The member then asked for her money back because she was sure the treatment would not work. We told her that we would gladly refund her money if that was the case. In fact, after several complimentary inspections it was proven that the job was a complete success. The member did not follow the preparation instructions and so some minor damage to vinyl applique cupboards occurred. Had she told us she had vinyl overlay on the door we would have covered them as we do with any sensitive item but she did not. Even though we could have denied her claim we had our insurance cover it as a courtesy. No good deed apparently goes unpunished."

They are very punctual and performed the services very good. The issue is heat treatment does not get rid of bed bugs; so did follow-up and they came with sniffing dog and did treatment. Still more bed bugs were discovered so contacted then but no response afterwards. During the initial discussion they promised will perform the treatment service if bed bugs were discovered, but the follow-up response is no good as Mike did not return the phone call or email.
So beware of the service this provider provides; heat treatment will not get rid of all bed bugs but it at least need 3 or 4 times follow-up treatment which this provider will not provide; so think about spending money with this provider and getting not so expected result or you are willing to continue bed bug spray once in 3 weeks for 3 or 4 times.

"We are certainly sorry that [removed member name] was not happy. It is true that his home was very challenging. He had been battling bugs for over a year when he called us. Ultimately to be successful, we worked with a partner to do a combination chemical and heat in this home. This is required in about 2% of the cases we encounter and is rare. We do keep electronic call logs of all phone calls and interactions with guests and I can report that every call from the client was returned within 90 minutes. I'm not sure where the confusion on this come from."

They did a wonderful job. They were great to work with. The workers were very courteous and helpful getting the bugs out of my house. I really liked the treatment they used. I tried to get rid of the bugs myself for a year. Since the work was done, I have not seen any more bugs. The only complaint I had was the lack of follow up about getting items removed from my basement that they said they would assist with.

The work turned out fine. We have not had a relapse since they were out. We were very happy with the service they provided. We had other companies out to use chemicals, which did not work. Once I had Sniff out, they were able to remediate the problem. This was a one, all day treatment. Once the work was done, I had another k9 company to come out and found no issues with the work. They showed up on time and their scheduling was fine. Hopefully we don't need them again, but if we do, we will call

This turned out well. The technician was very efficient and the dog was as well. I was glad they did not find any bed bugs. I had them check multiple rooms. I had no issues with their services from start to finish. They really made the situation stress free. I do not remember waiting too long to schedule. I see no room for improvements.

The customer service with this company is off the hook. Absolutely exceptional. Regardless of when or how often I phoned or emailed, I received a prompt, courteous, informative response. That was terrific in and of itself. But I was calling and emailing because I was deeply troubled, fearful and anxious at the prospect of bed bugs; understanding and eradicating the problem became the focus of my life for the better part of two weeks. With patience, expertise and a very quiet confidence, Mike answered every last question like it was the first, and never made me feel like I was annoying or neurotic. Every step of the way, I knew I was dealing with a knowledgable professional, and my sense is that the company and its employees operate based on integrity, honesty and doing well by doing good work for their customers.
Every aspect of our options and the contracted treatement was explained thoroughly. The service technicians who came to the house were polite, professional and proficient. They arrived when they said they would, they communicated effectively and when they said they would, and again, every question was answered thoroughly and candidly.
The heat treatment was performed today; sometime within the next two weeks, a canine will return to confirm that we are bug-free. I expect that we will be, but feel good knowing that if we are not, the contract covers re-treatment. And I will sleep well tonight knowing that we and our animal companions will be free from any chemicals.
The heat treatment is not inexpensive; but it is significantly less labor-intensive than chemicals, is done in one day, and is reputed to be among the most effective means of eradicating these pests - often with one treatment. We were able to schedule a treatment very quickly, which was a huge benefit, and the service experience was worth its weight in gold for this highly-stressed home owner. Highly recommend.
