George did an inspection of a balcony we had added to our second floor master bedroom. I was very happy with his knowledge and service. He provided a report on the deficiencies and issues with this project and backed up his report with pictures of each deficiency. This was not a complete home inspection, just an inspection of a project we had done.

I was concerned with the short time I had for the inspection because I had been going back and forth with the seller, but George had no problem with the short notice and was able to work with my Realtor get the inspection completed. I was extremely happy when I arrived on site and George had been there a little while before me and he had already started looking around and explained what he saw and why he had the concerns he had. There were a couple of times in which my realtor almost discounted what he was saying, by stating it would have been covered under warranty, and George didn't hesitate to let him know he was working for me. GREAT!

A+++++ George was so very organized with a big binder divided into different rooms. He was very thorough (took about 3 hrs, just like he told me he would)., He was also very helpful showing us what needed to be fixed. He was right on time too! And he gave us the inspection report right after the inspection. I would recommend him to everyone needing a home inspection. This was my 1st time for a home inspection, but my real estate agent also said he was very good, and she is going to recommend him to others.
