In carrying out the inspection, Charles was methodical, careful, and detailed. His full report of the inspection consisted of 40 pages, which included a 16-page summary that proved extremely helpful for determining whether to purchase the house. The report contained clear explanations of concern areas, complete with images and recommendations for items needing repair/replacement. During the course of the inspection, Charles provided clear responses and I never felt embarrassed or intimidated about asking follow up questions. Further, he took all the time that was necessary to examine the house, going above and beyond the usual time that most inspectors allot. Lastly, it was a pleasure to work with him. He was polite, professional, and patient.
