I found everyone at Riteway Chimney to be of the highest professional caliber. Our fuel oil company recommended Riteway Chimney to reline our furnace chimney prior to installation of a new furnace. That recommendation was perfect because the dealing with both the office and the installation crew went very well. A very professional, pleasant, and efficient company.

Dan came out to take a look at the chimney of a house I recently purchased. Another chimney cleaning company told me I needed a new liner. Dan gave me his honest opinion--my previous liner had a few cracks but he didn't really think I needed a new one...I was impressed that he wasn't trying to sell me something I did not need. However, I later showed him a few holes in the interior portion of the chimney and we decided to go ahead with the liner. He quoted me a price that was half of another quote I got. We scheduled the job and he showed up on time and did clean and professional work. He even stuck around to chat and showed me some tips on my pellet stove. I highly recommend Dan, Linda + company.

Great work. They were able to handle all the transactional business over the phone since we were not in state at that time. The work was done exactly as promised. We are VERY pleased.

For both visits, we were provided a date and a two hour window when the provider would arrive.  For the first visit, they arrived when expected.  I was very satisfied with the job they did, so I hired them to do some repair work on my chimney.  Again I was given a date, and a two hour window of time when they expected to arrive.  I received a call from them explaining that they were running a bit late.  They arrived within thirty minutes of the expected window.  I was very satisfied with the work that was done, and found their prices to be reasonable.  I do not normally hire contractors to work on my home, but this is one provider that I can highly recommend and expect to hire for future service to my chimney.

Things went smoothly. One man cleaned out debris from the base of my furnace flue and the other...Dan?.... installed the stainless steel liner which he guided through the older clay flue. Because my chimney was a bit higher than the 25 feet we thought, he skillfully added more piping to make a fit. A complimentary furnace flue cap was included. Both men were courteous and answered all questions patiently.

Dan and Riteway Chimney have been my go-to chimney company since they installed my fireplace insert 6 years ago.  Always professional, punctual and reasonably priced.  I would dream of using any other chimney service.

Dan and Louie did an excellent job. The first job of the day made them run behind, but I was notified well in advance so I had the opportunity to get things done. An inspection of my wood stove showed that my handle was loose and, when they tried to tighten it, they found that it was stripped so I have to replace it. Dan gave me the name of a vendor, told me what to order, and offered to come back at no charge to put it on if I had difficulty doing the job myself.

Top notch service here, clean courteous. Highly recommended . I have a steep pitch roof and a double flue, finished the job quickly.

Excellent service. My appointment was scheduled with an arrival time between 9-11 AM, and they arrived before 10. They took the time introduce themselves and to confirm the work that I wanted completed. After putting down a drop cloth, one began working on the wood stove while the other performed the chimney cleaning. I had asked to have the stove pipe ring fixed (it was too large) and ended up with one custom-fit at no extra charge. The work was completed in less than an hour. Both men were friendly yet very professional. I would highly recommend this company.
