I found everyone at Riteway Chimney to be of the highest professional caliber. Our fuel oil company recommended Riteway Chimney to reline our furnace chimney prior to installation of a new furnace. That recommendation was perfect because the dealing with both the office and the installation crew went very well. A very professional, pleasant, and efficient company.

From the initial phone call for an estimate, to the end of the completed job very professional, punctual, expert quality workmanship and a pleasure to deal with such an honest business man. I wasn't sure what state my chimney was in and could have easily been taken advantage of, but was given expert advice at a very reasonable price. Dan came out to take a look at the chimney of a house I recently purchased. Another chimney cleaning company told me I needed a new liner. Dan gave me his honest opinion--my previous liner had a few cracks but he didn't really think I needed a new one...I was impressed that he wasn't trying to sell me something I did not need. However, I later showed him a few holes in the interior portion of the chimney and we decided to go ahead with the liner. He quoted me a price that was half of another quote I got. We scheduled the job and he showed up on time and did clean and professional work. He even stuck around to chat and showed me some tips on my pellet stove. I highly recommend Dan, Linda + company.

Great work. They were able to handle all the transactional business over the phone since we were not in state at that time. The work was done exactly as promised. We are VERY pleased.

For both visits, we were provided a date and a two hour window when the provider would arrive.  For the first visit, they arrived when expected.  I was very satisfied with the job they did, so I hired them to do some repair work on my chimney.  Again I was given a date, and a two hour window of time when they expected to arrive.  I received a call from them explaining that they were running a bit late.  They arrived within thirty minutes of the expected window.  I was very satisfied with the work that was done, and found their prices to be reasonable.  I do not normally hire contractors to work on my home, but this is one provider that I can highly recommend and expect to hire for future service to my chimney.
