They were so spectacular and skilled in finishing we had asked them to take on new projects as soon as they could (and they made it happen!) Specifically, they took what looked like a sad construction site with lopsided beams and poor drywall cuts and edges, shotty mudding and tile work (done by an awful contractor) and transformed our house into a place we can finally start calling a home. The team overall is trustworthy, thoughtful and care immensely about client happiness and it shows. The paint work is excellent, while he did not paint every ceiling and wall you cannot tell where he began or ended. It all looks perfect. Now letâ s talk about communication. AJ, provided a very clear and descriptive quote, we aligned on a price and timing. He texted every day and hour before arrival, and again 15 minutes before he arrived.
