We got oil delivery on Eastern Fuel's Price Protected Budget Plan for about 10 years (until we switched to gas). Eastern Fuel was always friendly, responsive, helpful, and fair. A couple of times when it was very cold the oil ran out sooner than expected and they were fast about making emergency deliveries. They also did an annual cleaning of our furnace.

We couldn't get it to turn off, something about the computer panel. They had to come out and fix it. I would recommend them. Excellent customer service. When you have a problem with your furnace, you call and they come. I'm sure there are cheaper companies out there, but they are just overall terrific.

We picked Eastern Fuel for its good reputation on AngiesList and the company has not disappointed. The team there has been highly responsive; they have come out to the house several times for various issues/upgrades we've had with an older system. Each technician has been knowledgeable and courteous. The oil price is slightly higher than competition, but considering the service we get on the equipment, low cleaning costs, and great experiences with the technicians, we find this to be an incredible value.

Excellent service, price, professionalism. They had to do extra work in removing mice nests, debris, and replace chewed wiring which was done cheerfully, quickly, and well-done. We also use them for all heating service and fuel delivery. We have been satisfied customers for over 35 years. Their response time is always excellent and work is completed on a timely basis.

I have been using Eastern Fuel for several years and am thoroughly satisfied with their oil delivery and boiler servicing! I am on the automatic payment plan and lock in my price during the summer. I do not shop around for oil prices so I cannot say if their prices are the cheapest, but they are 100% reliable and are always available should I need any type of service, or change in delivery schedule. HIghly recommend them! Good people!

What very nice people! I bought oil for my mom's house, and she had always dealt with that other huge oil company in southern CT. I looked for a local company and found Eastern about one mile from my mom. I'm so glad I made the switch. Cameron and Brian are the people I mostly interacted with, and they were both very personable and accommodating on the phone and in person. I gave this company an A in every category.
Addendum: Subsequently, I had the furnace, hot water heater, and central AC unit serviced (routine maintenance) and the work was superb. I was flabbergasted at how dirty the filters and lines were, and my mother's previous company had been coming every year and apparently doing little or none of what they were charging for. Eastern Fuel is fabulous.

I have used them for almost 20 years. The only problem I have had is that the last delivery had a strong odor and it was very annoying. I have only been to their office a couple of times but it was always ok. I will continue to use them.
