By the end of the day the damaged items, sewage , and much of the smell was gone. Huge fans and a germ-killing ionizer ran for three days. Tom quoted me one number, but then when the insurance company issued a claim check, Tom reissued his estimate that was higher, to match the insurance claim money. Remember that what home insurance pay you for a claim is NOT what contractors need to be paid. Contractors should be paid their original estimate they quoted you. I learned my lesson. Do not let this company work directly with your insurance company."
