"I had a poor experience. I hired this company to do a mold assessment in my apartment. I dealt with the owner. First, he requested cash or check payment only. He made an appointment and did not show up or contact me. I had to call him. In one of the rooms, the pipes above and whatever else the cause of the leak was, had been leaking repeatedly for 40 years, and the plaster constantly replaced. I was worried about mold ABOVE the ceiling on the beams and studs and not just the visible mold on the ceiling plaster and I worried it could be black mold. He did not seem to listen to what I told him and he did not use a water meter to check for saturation or a borescope or any other tools except taking a surface sample and air sample (the borescope and water meter I did not know about until after I had paid him for this inadequate job). He did not mention anything I said in the report. He was also rude and unkind and never provided me with a receipt."

I said, I am not a scientist and do not understand the lab results.I never received a response back from him. I called Jeremiah Bancroft a few times and asked for a written explanation of the causes. He could not supply me with a written explanation because it was a legal issue. I asked for his help. I need your help. Jeremiah said, go to your primary care for a doctors note. That was the last time I spoke to him on September 19, 2024"
