Based on other internet reviews I hired Good Life Energy Savers to insulate my attic and exterior walls. Based on only a two-year sample I saved about 20% on my oil costs, but that is not why I am writing this review. This past Friday I called Good Life Energy Savers about an issue I found. I was told they would get back to me on Monday, and they did. They asked if they could come by to see the issues the same day, which they did. They acknowledged the issue and simply said they will take care of it, and they did. On Thursday morning a crew came by to fix it. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond to satisfy me (the customer). Having been in the business world for over 40 years, I know not every job goes perfectly, so good customer service is important. This was excellent customer service. "The job took 1.5 days because I had moved everything to the center of the basement. They had 5+ feet of clearance around the perimeter, with plastic covering hung from floor joists. The dust still managed to cover everything behind the plastic walls. My advice: do a thorough job of sealing the space or be prepared to have a big dust cleanup. Only disappointment was that the drain at the foot of the steps to the bilco doors was positioned directly below the internal door. You cannot install a sill on top of this so when finishing we will now have a dangerous transition. This was never explained. Otherwise, a great crew."
