Before we signed the contract the sales rep was educating us about the energy audit that the utility company does and how many rebates we would get. Arrived ontime. Wrong materials so they have to come back and finish the job. Good in a way, but unfortunate because I have to fit that into a very tight schedule. Took a very short amount of time, crew was pleasant and professional.
