"Pick up was within 1 hr of scheduled time , drop off was several days later than estimated. This is a very specialized service so I do not have a benchmark for the price, So I don't know if it was a good value, but the carpets look great."

They are incredibly thorough and clean things I wouldn’t even think of! I’m talking under the couch cushions, placemats, everything!
