Franks Handyman Service

Frank and his assistant charged me $300 to "clean" the gutters on my home. Frank mostly stood around and supervised while his assistant clambered up the ladder and pretended to clean out the gutters by hand. They did not bring a hose or power washer to really do a proper job and didn't even touch the downspouts, which were completely clogged. I DO NOT RECOMMEND him. Stay away.

He looked over the project , said the gutters were coming loose. He quoted a price to repair the gutters and clean them. I thought it was a little high, but could not find anyone else to clean them we agreed. When he showed up and started working, he found out that the gutters were in fact ok and did not need to be fixed.. But he still charged the same price...all he did was clean the gutters..$325.00. My wife was here alone when he did the cleaning, not knowing what to do she just paid him...

Three lovely, hard working guys - they arrived early in the morning and worked till after dark. They did a great job. I am simply delighted and they are reasonably priced. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know and I will use them again if the need arises.

Excellent work. Came and did the work promptly. Did an excellent job, even fixed a few extra items while they were here. Would definitely recommend them. I will use them whenever I need repair work done. Honest and reasonable price. Doesn’t get better than this.

The fence fell over in a few weeks on a windy day and they had to brace it and put in more cement. The wall painting was incomplete and messy. When I with held a small sum from second half of the total payment as Frank had to take a week off to move and stated that he would return and "needed the money," (His contract was 50% up front and the rest upon completion), I never heard from him again and was left with an incomplete painting job, paint stains on the floor and a lot of heavy boxes and furniture that had to be moved back in place. He also did not give me all of the receipts that I had asked for. In addition there were other jobs that he had agreed to do. I was very disappointed as he was well treated and paid more than he was worth.

They came to see job and came back 2 hours later completed the first job and I mentioned 2 nd job they also completed. The price was fair. I would hire them again.

Frank was very professional and on time for the job. He showed respect to our home and he made sure we were satisfied with the completed job! Will definitely hire him again!!

Very well! Frank and Syid come by to give me an estimate, and ended up doing the job right then and there. Cost was reasonable, and guys were great to work with.
