The cellulose bags say 60%, however Jeff pointed out expect 35%- that honesty, eventhough we got better. If you do a similar job, make sure you understand IMPACT noise, which is not what this project can do. So we are not disappointed, & got what we asked for. The noise was reduced, but not eliminated. This will keep us in a holding spot, in that we might not have to move for now, as moving is very expensive. This kind of improved our quality of life. Our contractor Juan & Dillon were Professional, respectful of our home & exceeded all posted reviews. "Was money paid or were services performed?*-bad question!"

"My review of the work I have had done by Thomas Gianni & Sons Inc.. They really did a great job of working on my property. I call their office and asked to get some excavation of removing a couple of tree stumps in my yard and to put down approx. 20 yds. of gravel in an area near my shed. It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again."
