"He (Andy) was wonderful. Actually called back quickly and came the same day. Refrigerator / Freezer died at end of heat wave and he was here within a couple of hours. He was knowledgeable, honest and gave lots of advice on ways to prolong the overall life of the appliance. I would highly recommend him. He could have swapped out a several more parts but was honest enough to let us know it would be a waste of money, and that if the repairs done did not fix the problem it would not be worth fixing. "
